Many traditional natural cures for yeast infection are safe and effective, such as yoghurt, tea, garlic, apple cider vinegar, tree oil, honey and grapefruit. What's the mechanism of infection, how could natural cures make effects and how to use them? The answers are all waiting for you in this book and with a simple fashion. For example, yoghurt, which introduces friendly bacteria in the body environment and inhibiting the growth and reproduction of the yeast fungus, can be eaten, or applied to the affected area directly, or be left in the vagina during night after soaking the tampon in it. Only the plain yogurt with live and active bacteria but without being sweetened and fruit-added is useful. Of course, you also can choose other kind of natural cures according to your environment. But please remember that there are many other issues affect complete effects of the natural cures, such as your diet, general health and lifestyle, which are also included in this easy book.

  1. Tea Tree Oil + Organic Apple Cider Vinegar at the same time?
I want to cute my yeast infection as fast as possible…

What I want to do is do the tea tree oil on the tampon thing and the vinegar + salt thing in the bath.

Will they react badly to eachother?

    • straight tea tree oil will likely burn your vagina. The thought of loading up a tampon with such makes me cringe

The best remedy I have ever used for yeast infections is get a finger full of plain yogurt and smear that on your vagina/vaginal canal a couple of times a day. Your yeast infection symptoms should go away in about 2 to 3 days. The cultures in the yogurt are vaginal yeast’s mortal enemy.

These infections are almost always cause by systemic candida (yeast) and that can take years to get rid of and will mean a drastic diet change on your part (candida loves sugar, white flour, processed foods)

  2. how to treat a yeast infection?
ok so heres the deal. I have had the burning and itching for a little over three weeks now. i went to my doctor and ob gyn which they told me to try over counter medication. I tried vagisil but it only irritated my skin and temporarily covered the symptoms. I am now using this cream in which you put it into a tube and insert it into the vagina but as soon as its in it starts to sting. ive searched all over the internet for solutions but they always say insert a curd covered tampon or garlic into the vagina. ihave never used a tampon before so i am too afraid to do that. there are also books being sold on how to get rid of a yeast infection but i just want a solution without wasting all my money on books and over the counter medications. please please please provide help!!! i can never sleep at night because of this infection and i just want it over and done with. i know yogurt and hat apple cider vinegar may work but i need to know what works 100% and quick because this is TORTURE!!!
oh the stuff im using right now is miconazole 7 or something like that. i was wondering, if it stings when its in, does it mean its working or should i stop using it all together because after it started stinging the burn and itch became less severe

    • Ok So first go to your Gyno to get a medication to help relieve the symptoms and combat the yeast infection FAST.

A yeast infection occurs when the pH of your vagina is changed which allows the yeast to overgrow
      It can be caused by:
Wearing a wet bathing suit for too long, using a douche which kills the normal/harmless bacteria living in your vagina, using an antibiotic that kills the normal bacteria that live in your vagina that Prevent the growth of harmful bacteria OR yeast.

The bacteria that lives on your body is called “normal flora” and they actually help you to prevent bad bacteria or yeast/fungus to take over and cause you harm. So you don’t want to get rid of them.

That is why Yogurt is actually GOOD to eat all the time everyday to PREVENT new yeast infections, help regulate your digestive system, etc.. Eating yogurt replaces some of the normal Flora bacteria that keep your vagina healthy and return it to it’s normal pH.

Avoid: keeping bating suits or wet clothing on for too long, douching (you should only wash the inside of the vagina with water; outside with mild soap), and taking too many antibiotics.

  3. Am I treating my yeast infection correctly?
I have had a yeast infection for about 2 days now…and I just started treating it today. I purchased AZO yeast probiotic tablets and vaginal discomfort cream and have been using both at the recommended dosages for the past 8 hours. I have also done a home-remedy apple cider vinegar/water douche. I am currently on my period, which complicates things a bit, but I’ve started using a tampon to keep the outer part of my vagina dry and clean. So far the symptoms have not really changed, but I wanted to know if these methods of treatment will be enough to fix it? I would like this over-with as soon as possible, I go back to work in 4 days.

    • Gee, I’m not sure the douche was a great idea. I’ve heard that you can spread infection with douches. I usually use greek yogurt for yeast infections and it works well enough that you’d be ok in a couple of days. I put a bit of it on a tampon and insert it. The theory is that the bacteria in the yogurt attacks the yeast.

  4. I need help with this stupid yeast infection! tea tree oil and apple cider vinegar?
I got a yeast infection from taking metronidazole for my bacterial infection. and i want to know if soaking a tampon in a little bit wattered down vinegar will cure it. i already know alot about yeast infections because the whole time i thought my bacterial vaginosis was a yeast infection and i reserched so much. Im only 15 and i cant go buy monistat or nothing again i already bought it four times for the bacterial infection and i was wondering why it didnt work but yeah i went to the clinic and they did that pap test thing and prescribed medicine. but i cant go back to the clinic bcuz its only open on thursday and im leaving for vacation on tuesday. so yeah does it work cuz im thinking on trying it. if you have advice on using tea tree oil that would help to because my dad has a bottle.
PS i dont have a mom so no one say just talk to ur mom about it.

I know i posted this twice but its because no one would answer

  5. can tea tree oil tampons cause bleeding?
I’ve had a BV infection for months. Changes from yeast to BV then the cycle is over and over. I’ve also had UTI’s and a bladder infection. I do not have any STDs as I have been checked 5 times. I’ve taken penicillin, flagyl, cipro, metro gel, diflucan, cleocin, terazol and over the counter yeast treatments. I also tried an OTC BV all natural remedy. I used 1/2 of the capsule as it stated to use the first night and woke up feeling like a I had the most horrible yeast infection of my life. (yesterday). I’ve been trying home remedies as well. I used a tea tree tampon, exactly like it said…ky gel and a few drops. I left it in about 30 minutes or so. When I took it out there was blood but I wasn’t sure if it was from my period or not. I was supposed to start that week but I tried to skip my period. I didn’t take the pill on sunday. I took 2 on Monday. So I figured that it really didn’t work. I’ve been spotting ever since. It’s been a week and a half. I took a sitz bath in apple cider vinegar last night and it seemed magical. No yeast infection symptoms. I used a little hydrogen peroxide (a cap full) by pouring down toward my genitals. (Not inside) No stinging and I felt good after that. I used a tea tree oil tampon and I started spotting a little more than I had been. Am I just getting the all of the spotting from the failed attempt at skipping my period or is the tea tree oil tampons doing this? What would make it bleed? I’m really desparate to clear this up. The only symptoms I’ve had with either infection is discharge. The last yeast infection the dr treated was major. When I felt it went away it turned into bv and they treated that. I still had a little discharge but then I started bleeding and it went away. I have no idea what to do anymore. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars that I didn’t have to try and get better with medical help. Please help me. And sorry for the all over rambling, I am at work.

    • Tea tree oil can be a pretty harsh irritant to even regular skin, never mind what it does to the sensitive tissue of your vagina. It very well could have been using tea tree oil that caused you to bleed. Also, using a tampon when you aren’t on your period can scratch the inside of your vagina a bit as well. And even tiny scratches in the vagina can lead to quite a bit of bleeding because there’s quite a bit of blood flow to the area.

It is also possible that you had some spotting from not taking your pill correctly.

If you continue to have discharge and bleeding, then I would suggest going to see a gynecologist to see if they can suggest anything new.
